Tradeport Logistics

Tradeport Logistics is a concrete tilt-up transload facility in the Cainhoy area of Charleston, minutes from the Port of Charleston’s terminals. The building carries 130 dock doors along its length with office space at the front.

The site was engineered around throughput: extensive paving provides trailer parking for more than 600 units alongside employee parking, and the building’s clear height and door count were sized for high-volume retail transloading.
